Diadem put their multi-layer 3XL core, made popular by the Warrior Paddle, into this 13.7mm thick paddle to provide ample touch and surprising vibration dampening. This core uses a single layer of proprietary dampening material sandwiched in-between two polypropylene honeycomb layers to feel soft without sacrificing too much power.

Despite all of the new technology in the Diadem Icon V2 Carbon Fiber Paddle, it retains the trusted Japanese carbon fiber hitting surface with an updated RP2 paint. This carbon fiber face with added texture allows the ball to linger on the face longer, encouraging you to hit precise cut shots and controlled-yet powerful drives from the baseline. The injected foam around the molded edge of this paddle expands the sweet spot from edge to edge of the 10.75” by 7.6” hitting surface, while a replaceable edge guard ensures your paddle will look fresh throughout the tournament season. Finally, a 5.25” handle adorned with a Diadem Comfort Max grip ensures you can really get the 8oz weight of this paddle moving on point-wining slams.
