Engage Encore MX Composite Pickleball Paddle

The Encore MX Composite Paddle from Engage Pickleball has a slightly thinner 1/2" core as compared to their Encore MX 6.0 version, and retains the highly textured FiberTEK surface for exceptional spin. It features Engage's proprietary Control Pro core technology which works in union with the face to offer responsive, speedy play with even more power. The shape is slightly elongated which makes for easier court coverage and reach, but it retains a good amount of surface area so players can make use of a generous sweet spot.

The Encore MX Composite Fiberglass Paddle can be ordered in a 7.5 - 7.8 (LITE) or 7.9 - 8.3 oz. (Standard) weight range. Its surface skin is chemically bonded to the fiberglass face material so it will not lose grit over time, unlike some designs which use overlays and can wear away. The MX is made to provide more "flex" when it's swung quickly, creating additional "throw" or power in your passing shots and overheads. Its handle is 6" long, providing plenty of length for double-handed backhands, with a 4-1/4" circumference.
